1 General Terms & Conditions

4 Deposits & Payments

• Third-party payments are not accepted. Deposits made from another person's account may be cancelled.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum single-day deposit limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, it will be resolved within 24 hours.
• 88gt99 does not charge any deposit fees. However, fees imposed by your payment provider may still apply.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following policy applies to all withdrawals made from 88gt99:

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has been completed.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from your bonus balance.
• 88gt99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity or rule violations.

• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only. Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.

7 Gaming Rules

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may request account closure at any time by emailing support@88gt99.app. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed. However, if the closure is due to a violation of our terms, the balance may be forfeited.
